Program Mission Statement:
To assist targeted community college students in the obtainment of their educational degrees and to provide meaningful support to students at every level of the educational process including transfer to a four-year degree program at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Partners Plus has a strong commitment to give a great deal of attention, enthusiastic support, and never-ending encouragement to help community college program students overcome barriers to their educational and personal goals and opportunities.

Program Challenges:
Unfortunately, some students have the belief that a quality education is out of their reach: both academically and financially. There is a strong need to change that student perception. Partners Plus has established services to ensure a continuous college orientation regiment, which does help program students develop an effective vision that encourages them throughout their college pursuit. Program students have become an integral part of implementing positive changes in their lives. Partners Plus provides various resources and training workshops to educate students on how to make informed decisions. Our program teaches students that they have to take ownership of their future.
